Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property investments with the best solutions
  • Assess clients’ needs and provide solutions that suit their persona
  • Perform a comprehensive comparative market analysis to evaluate properties identified for the client
  • Intermediate negotiation processes and advise clients based on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legalities and all other related matters with transparency & honesty
  • Create educational & promotional social media contents
